Inspired by the Cebuano word “sulog,” referring to the movement or current of water, the spa takes its cue from the natural rhythm of the sea. Like the waves that move steadily along the shore, Sulog Spa offers guests a space to slow down, reset, and settle into a more relaxed pace.
Tucked behind the Mactan Newtown Beach reception area, Sulog Spa takes a back-to-basics approach to wellness in a warm and homey setting. More than a new amenity, it offers guests another way to spend their day by the beach, complementing swimming, dining, and recreation with a dedicated space to relax and recharge
Its treatment menu includes Foot Massage, Facial Cleansing, Body Massage, Body Scrub, Traditional Hilot, Stone Massage, and the signature Sampaguita Sulog Massage. The signature treatment brings Megaworld Hotels and Resorts’ Sampaguita brand of service into the spa experience, reflecting the warmth, care, and distinctly Filipino hospitality at the heart of the guest experience.
Sulog Spa is open to everyone, including guests who are visiting solely for a spa treatment. No Day Pass, Night Pass, or beach entrance fee is required to avail of spa services, making the experience accessible even without a beach or pool visit.
To mark its soft opening, Sulog Spa is offering guests 10% off all spa treatments until September 19, 2026.
